ZIMFI is a Zimbabwe-registered technology hardware retailer specialising in Starlink satellite internet kits, WiFi routers, mesh systems, networking accessories, and professional installation services. We operate primarily via our website and WhatsApp ordering channel.
Adding items to your cart and initiating WhatsApp checkout does not constitute a binding order. A contract is formed only when:
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders where stock is unavailable or payment verification fails. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
All prices on the ZIMFI website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed in your WhatsApp order confirmation message, not necessarily the price displayed at time of browsing.
EcoCash payments are accepted and are converted at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) official rate applicable on the day of payment. Bank transfers must be for the exact USD amount confirmed in your order.
Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your ZIMFI reference code and order confirmation. Accepted payment methods:
Orders for which payment is not received within 48 hours may be cancelled. We will notify you via WhatsApp before cancellation.
We deliver nationwide across Zimbabwe. Standard delivery covers Harare, Bulawayo, and other major cities. Remote or farm deliveries may require prior arrangement and may attract additional charges.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control including courier delays, stock availability, and public holidays.
Orders with a product subtotal of USD $300 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in Zimbabwe. For orders below $300, a flat $10 shipping fee applies regardless of destination.
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title (ownership) passes upon receipt of full payment.

Installation services are carried out by trained ZIMFI technicians. By purchasing an installation service, you agree to:
ZIMFI provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on Basic Installation and a 60-day workmanship warranty on Full Network Setup. This covers faults arising from our installation work, not hardware faults (which are covered by manufacturer warranties).
To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, ZIMFI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for internet service outages, speed variations, or service disruptions caused by Starlink's network or SpaceX's service conditions, which are governed by Starlink's own terms of service.
All content on zimfi.co.zw — including text, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of ZIMFI (Pvt) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

Our ordering process uses WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). When you click "Send Order on WhatsApp," your order details are passed to WhatsApp's platform. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. ZIMFI is not responsible for how WhatsApp handles your data.
We retain order records for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and tax purposes as required by Zimbabwean law. You may request deletion of your personal data from our systems, subject to our legal retention obligations.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ZIMFI purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
You may return items if:
The item is unopened and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery, OR the item arrived faulty or damaged and you report within 7 days of delivery.
Items not eligible for return:
Opened, non-faulty hardware · Software activations or subscriptions · Consumable items used or installed · Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse · Installation services already rendered
Do not return items without first receiving a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
If your item develops a fault after the 7-day return window but within the manufacturer warranty period, please contact us. We will assist with warranty claims on your behalf. Note that warranty support for Starlink hardware is ultimately subject to SpaceX / Starlink's warranty processes.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, initiate a return and place a new order via WhatsApp.
Installation services cannot be refunded once the service has been rendered. If you experience workmanship issues within the warranty period (30 days for Basic, 60 days for Full Network), we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
